ERP integration
Evaluation, implementation, and stabilization across major platforms, done by someone who has run the business on the other side of the system, not just configured it.
The Problem This Solves
An ERP is only as good as the discipline around it
Most ERP problems aren't software problems. They're process problems that got baked into the software during implementation, a chart of accounts that doesn't match how the business actually reports, workflows nobody follows, data entry that's inconsistent department to department, and reporting that leadership has stopped trusting.
Because this work happens inside an operating leadership engagement, fixes get evaluated the way an operator evaluates them: does this make the number leadership sees on Monday more trustworthy, not just more technically correct.
Platforms
Direct experience across major ERP systems
SAP, Sage and Epicor are industry agnostic and larger, which leaves more room to customize and more ways to get at the underlying data. Prophet 21 is Epicor's distribution ERP. It allows deep customization, but its built-in reporting is weak and its dashboards can't be changed, which makes it a natural fit for the Power BI and automation work we do. Others are built for one industry, and that is where a good deal of our work has been. Jobscope for contract and job based manufacturing. Woodware for the millwork industry, across both distribution and production. FDM4 for apparel and decoration.
What's Included
From evaluation to stable daily use
ERP evaluation & stabilization
An honest read on whether the current system is a fit, and what it takes to make it trustworthy again if it's staying.
Process & workflow redesign
Warehouse and production layout, capacity planning, and the workflows that determine whether data enters the system clean the first time.
Role & metric definition
Clear ownership of what gets entered, checked, and reported, so the system reflects one version of the truth.
Reporting & dashboard readiness
Getting the underlying data clean enough to support the Executive Intelligence™ dashboards leadership actually uses.
Not sure if it's the system or the process?
That's the first thing a discovery conversation sorts out. Thirty minutes, no pitch.
