What These Have in Common
Built on systems you already run
Every one of these reports reads from systems a business already runs. An ERP such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, Acumatica, or SAP. A CRM. QuickBooks, for the many companies that have not outgrown it yet. Sometimes a flat file that somebody maintains by hand because no system was ever asked to hold it.
None of them required replacing a system to build. That matters, because the most common reason a business has no reporting is not that the data is missing. It is that the data sits in four places that were never introduced to each other, and connecting them has never been anyone's actual job.
The Part That Is Not the Chart
Definitions, not decoration
Building the visual is the short part of the work. The longer part is agreeing what the measures mean, resolving the same customer appearing under three names in three systems, and setting a refresh so the report stays current without a person in the loop. A dashboard that has to be rebuilt by hand each month is a spreadsheet with better fonts.
That is also why we show these as capability rather than as case studies. The datasets behind them are demonstrations. What transfers to your business is the approach: work out the question first, connect the systems that hold the answer, define the measures once, and automate the refresh so the report is trusted enough that people stop keeping their own version.
